Standard Party Package

A stress-free party for a small group.

  • £115 off peak, £165 peak times

  • Exclusive Use of Puffin Cove for 90minutes

  • Capacity of up to 12 children, 20 people in total (children under 1 do not count towards capacity figures)

  • Choice of one of 3 Birthday Cakes provided (allergy safe options available)

  • Optional extra of ham/cheese/jam sandwiches at £4 per head

  • The cafe will open with our usual coffee/drinks/cakes/snacks available (although we can put items out of sight if you’d rather your little ones didn’t see!) - you and guests can either PAYG or we can run up a tab to settle with you at the end of the party

  • Start times available for a standard 90minute party. 

    Please note, ALL times in Christmas, Easter, and half term school holidays are Peak times. Outside these school holidays, the times in bold below are peak time. 

    Summer times (Easter to Mid Sept)

    Mondays: 0900, 1100, 1400

    Tues, Wed, Thur: 1030, 1300

    Fridays: 0900, 1100, 1400

    Sat & Sun: 0900, 1100, 1400

    Winter times (Mid Sept to Easter)

  • We request full payment 4 weeks before the party (or at the point of booking if <4weeks)

  • We keep the cost of this party low by keeping things simple and fitting the parties into our existing slot bookings structure.

    Therefore we cannot accommodate any special requests which require actions outside the 90minutes of your party booking.

    We can offer more tailored options with our larger party package and 2 hour booking option.

  • We keep things simple for you, and for us (enabling us to keep the cost of this party to a minimum).

    We source a cake from our suppliers (we will give you a choice or three if there are no allergy requirements, and endeavour to give you a choice if there are allergy requirements too).

    We will supply candles (and matches!) too if you wish.

Deluxe Party Package

  • Prices from £330, including birthday cake

  • Exclusive Hire of Puffin Cove for 2 hours

  • Capacity of up to 15 children, 35 total people (e.g. 15 children, 20 adults. 10 children, 25 adults). 15 child limit due to play space capacity.

  • Hot drinks for adults: PAYG or £5.50 per adult head for unlimited adult drinks

    Snack Platters of fruit, crisps and biscuits: £6 per head (can be just children, or adults and children)

    Freshly Made Rolls of ham/cheese/jam: £4 per head

    Sandwich Platters: £8 per head (can be just children, or adults and children)

  • Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday:

    10am to Midday or 1.30pm to 3.30pm.

    Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays:

    1030am to 1230pm or 1pm to 3pm

  • We request a £100 non-refundable deposit at the point of booking and full payment 4 weeks before the party (or at the point of booking if <4weeks)

    We want you to have a brilliant celebration, and are therefore open to special requests. We need to risk assess anything you propose and also carry out an operational assessment of the impact on Puffin Cove and our team (e.g. if your special request will lead to additional cleaning requirements, or additional hire time for you to set up/clear up).

  • Your own cake: Turns out there are lots of incredible bakers in families around Princes Risborough, and some Colin Caterpillar fans! If you want to bring/source your own Birthday Cake, we have built a risk assessed process to enable this (we just need some information from you re: allergens which we can walk you through).

    Feature cake: We partner with another local Princes Risborough business, Philippa’s Cakes. Philippa is brilliant at creating a design just perfect for each individual, and they taste great!

    Puffin Cove Cake - included on request: If you’d like to pass the work over to us, but budget doesn’t extend to a feature cake, we can source a cake through our usual supplier routes. We can give you a choice of 3 cakes (if no allergy restrictions, and will endeavour to find 3 cakes that meet allergy requirements too)
